Fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large living room with satellite (freeview channels)
TV, DVD & video, large mature landscaped garden, 10x5 metre pool
with jacuzzi bed, garden furniture, swings, trampoline and large catering gas
barbeque, access to the balcony from the upstairs sunroom and two of the bedrooms.
Bed linen and house towels provided. There are 4 additional TVs
with free sat showing UK TV in the bedrooms. Large car parking areas.
Washing machine. Cot and additional beds are available on request.
This well appointed house is in the perfect place to visit all major tourist
attractions in the area and has the added benefit of having
a train station with direct routes to Sarlat, Bergerac and Bordeaux.
The house is situated only 45 minutes from Bergerac airport and 90 minutes
from Limoges with low cost airlines Ryanair and Flybe providing
flights from the UK.
Local attractions include: Chateaus, canoeing, caves, hot air ballooning,
boat trips, jungle adventures, horse riding, quad biking
and local markets to name but a few.

Terms & Conditions
Deposits/Payments & Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required at the time
of booking.
The remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to
arrival or at time of booking if less than 8 weeks before
arrival at time of booking.
Payments can be made by UK cheque. All relevant
information will be sent to you via e-mail.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us
in writing not less than 28 days prior to your arrival. If
you cancel within 28 days of your arrival you will not receive
a refund.
Check-In
Bedrooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Rue de la Jacatte is a no smoking house - bedrooms and
public areas and of course dining room are all no smoking.
We do however permit smoking in designated outside areas.

Weather
We are happy to say the weather in France is usually
good in the summer months. However, if the weather is
severely wet - as the house is made of limestone it occasionally
may suffer a little from damp in the downstairs bedrooms,
therefore should you wish to use these rooms it would be at no cost.
Pets
Although we appreciate our animal friends - pets are
not allowed at Rue de la Jacatte. Sorry!
